Returns and Refunds Policy (Addendum for Breakable Items)
For breakable items such as perfume, ceramic, glass, plastic, and similar products, we require customers to take a video when unboxing the item. This video should clearly show the unopened packaging, the process of unpacking, and any damage to the item. In the event that the item is damaged upon delivery, this video will serve as evidence to process a refund. Please note that without a valid unboxing video, we will be unable to initiate a refund for damaged breakable items. We recommend inspecting your items upon delivery and contacting our customer support team promptly if any damage is discovered.
Order Placement and Payment Policy (Strict No Change of Mind)
Once an order is placed and the goods are dispatched, we have a strict “No Change of Mind” policy. This means that we do not accept cancellations or changes to the order once it has been processed and shipped on the basis of wrongful selection of product while making the purchase from the website, no longer needing the item or another person has bought same product for me.
